Budget rooms are situated upstairs and have either a Double or Single bed or both and include a Shower, TV and Airconditioning. Select rooms have Bar fridges. The Period Renovated Hotel Suites have the privilege of their own ensuite, tea & coffee and views of the Fitzroy River (Hotel Suite 15 is pictured to the right of this paragraph).

The Motel accommodation is situated at the back of the Hotel allowing space for secure car parking. They all have a Queen Size bed in a separate room to the single bed/s in the lounge. They are fully equipped with a dining room table, chairs, minibar, microwave, full airconditioning, ceiling fans, FREE broadband internet (conditions apply), and a TV in both the bedroom and lounge with Austar. The only exception is the Executive Spa Suites which have the one bed; a King or a Queen and have the addition of a private balcony overlooking Fitzroy Street and a Plasma TV.
